Balance payment required 30 days prior to check-in date
100% deposit required for booking done less 30 days prior to check-in date
Cancellation Policy

30% cancellation fee will be charge for booking cancelled between 45-30 days prior to check-in date
50% cancellation fee will be charged for booking cancelled between 30-14 days prior to check-in date
100% cancellation fee will be charged for booking cancelled less tan 14 days prior to check-in date
100% cancellation fee will be charged for No-Show, early departure.
Tshechu Week Policy

No Discount shall be extended for Tshechu week bookings, i.e. 2 days proceeding & succeeding the festival date + festival date.
